In an opinion blog piece, Ludwig writes that he doesn't know how Chad could possibly be welcomed back in the locker room after demanding trades all offseason. Coach Marvin Lewis has recommended Chad treat the situation like Kobe Bryant did; put it all behind him and just come out and dominate. I think he almost has to be Traded because he would not be welcome in the locker roon and would be a huge destraction to the team

Johnson was interviewed by ESPN, and was asked what his plans were going forward? Johnson stated he was training hard, and would show up for training camp and embarrass anyone who tries to cover him.
