In all the Ronnie and Ricky and Defense praising.....seems we are overlooking a real solid game from Chad today!! Well done Chad!!

I've been real tough on him and i think a lot of the plays we ran and the philosophy was to help stretch the field and get men out of the box to help with you know what.

He played a hell of a game, much respect chad

Was it just me or did he throw with more strength?
It looked liked his intermediate passed had mor zip compared to the last 2 weeks.
I do agree though. He had a really good game...managed it real well. He saw the field well and connected. You can't ask more from him. I think Long missed on one block against Seymour and Pennington circled to avoid him and threw on the run to find guess who?....Wilford!

Chad picked them apart like a chicken bone. He was very decisive in his throws and the recievers stepped up and helped him out big time. Good to see.

Agreed. Chad did play really well today. His passes were accurate, and seemed to be thrown with more strength/speed than the previous 2 weeks. Also he took some shots downfield which was great to see. Maybe the early his early benching last week, and all the media talk of Chad Henne, and maybe a QB controversy and so on lit a fire under penningtons butt and got him goin. Whatever it was, if he plays like that every week, and we run well every week, we will win some games this year for sure.

He went 17-of-20 yesterday. That's 85% folks. Only Bob Griese's 12-for-13 game back in 1978 tops it percentage-wise.

I agree that he did a great job managaing the game yesterday. Maybe one thing that we are overlooking is that he did join the team late and could just now be getting comfortable in the system.

When we finally show we can run the ball, this is what happens. Run opens up the pass, and thats what happened out there. If we can run the ball like we did today, hopefully we will be seeing more of this! :)

This is how good NFL QB's perform when they have a few seconds to throw. Expect more out of Chad if the line continues to block.

Chad had an UNBELIEVABLE game and deserves some serious credit! Too bad he didn't have a TD but he seemed fine with that...

It's been a long time since any Fin Fan could actually be pleased with the play of the QB, whomever it may have been...you know, since the day the music died....(Marino retired)...

CP has some deficiencies, but certainly less than any we've seen in those years. Thanks Chad...well done...

I think Pennington is an awesome quarterback. He's got accuracy. What good is a deep ball if it falls into the other teams hands?
