Even though the Dolphins don't play tomorrow night, does this lost change your mind about the New Orleans/New England game tomorrow night??

After we lost today, I was pulling for Houston to beat Indianapolis and I'll be pulling for New England to beat New Orleans tomorrow night.

Reason is for the 1972 Dolphins.

Our season is mostly done as far as the playoff picture is concerned, so now I'm hoping for Indy and New Orleans to lose at any cost. Before our game today, I was pulling for Indy and New Orleans, but not now.

I really don't care about the 72 Dolphins record anymore. I just hope New England gets blown out of the water. I really, really can't stand that team.

Have to root for the Saints, it still gives us a chance at the division, even though its very slim.

we cant lose either way is the way i see it. I'm rooting for lots of injuries on both sides. Drew Brees torn labrum and tom brady torn acl would be great. throw in some moss and shockey injuries coupled with a porter and chung injury, shake, stir bake for 3 hrs in 400 degrree heat and i'll be happy

I could care less about our division chances, because IMO, we have no chance in winning the division. We could blow out New England next week - won't matter. It never mattered. Their remaining schedule is weak as hell. We have the entire ****ing AFC wild card hunt on our's. Truthfully I am completely disgusted with this entire football team, coaching staff, and front office as a whole after today's performance so whatever.

Go Pats tomorrow night! And Go Pats in the playoffs if they somehow meet an undefeated Indy team. Vince Young will take care of that next week, though. :wink2:

Had we won today, tomorrow night's game would have been a Lose-Lose, but looking at it from the perspective of a fan whose team just lost to the Bills, thereby crushing any hopes for a playoff berth, tomorrow night's game is a Win-Win. If "Bellicheat's" team wins, 72's only one team away from staying alive. If "Nawleens" wins, then the Pats lose, so that's always a good feeling.

    Injuries? That's classless:no:
    Hopefully your joking:wink2:

I find it hard to go for the Pats, but the 72 Dolphins record is more important now. That's the only Dolphins record that means anything. Danny Boy's records don't mean crap, the 72 record is a team thing.

personally, I dont care who wins. If the Pats win we are down to the Colts. If the Saints win we are still not going to catch the Pats.

I've had a change of heart. I will not be watching it. Didnt watch the late games or the Sunday Night game, and I won't be watching tomorrow. Don't want to see ANY football until next Sunday.

I never cared for the saints so I would like them to lose a game. Indy though would be funny to see Manning do what what Brady couldn't and go undefeated. It would burn the pats much more than fins nation.

can you throw in ben affleck? Matt damon is cool though.

Did I hear someone say Dan's records are all crap?

You are entitled to your opinion, but my opinion states you're on the wrong side of the aisle on this one. Patriots must lose. The only way I will root for an AFCE team is if by beating someone it helps us out in the standings.

The only thing that is left to sooth the Dolphins loss is a Patriots loss. The Jets have already won this week.

A 16-0 perfect season has already been done twice... the Saints and Colts can do that for all I care. I'll root against them in the playoffs. I'd like the Saints to beat the living hell out of the Patriots.

I'm sorry, the only way we go to the playoffs is through a division win. Meaning lots of luck, and a loss by the Pats tonight, and a loss against us, and a little more luck. We will not win in the wild card race, I mean hell the Pats went 11-5 last year and didn't make it through the wild card, so it stands to argue that even at 10-6 we probably won't.

That being said, I do still like knowing that the phins are the only team to make a perfect sweep through to the superbowl. So I won't be watching tonight's game. Whatever happens, I'll probably be alright with the outcome. That being said however, I will not be rooting for either team. Football is in the offseason for me until Sunday.
