Is there a way to shut this guy up? I mean is it possible?

Hey Crowder, no one cares who you think should be the MVP. We care that you go out there and play football... that is it.

This guy is starting to remind me of one of those hollywood stars that feels it necessary to tell me that I need to be driving a prius because the ice caps are melting...

Who cares what this clown has to say on any topic, including football, which he is only marginally proficient at for somebody who's made millions playing the sport?

Who cares?? Vick won't win it, not because of the dog thing (which I am sure didn't help) but mostly because he didn't play all 16 games. Has anyone ever one the league MVP wihout playing all the games in the season? (figure some stat junkies out there)...

That said I bet both Vick and BRADY COULD care less they both want the SB MVP I am sure :)

I'll take the guy with 34 touchdowns and only 4 interceptions this season
or the guy who hasn't thrown an interception in 10 games/310 passes

The public cares, that's why Pro Football Talk posted it.

And... You care enough to comment on it.

No, he isn't. Brady has better stats, a better record and not nearly the weapons Vick has. Brady is the best player in the NFL.

could not agree more on being done with him. I don't care if he wear's a Miami Dolphins uniform. The guy is useless. If he made 1/10th the # of plays as he makes stupid or inciting comments he'd be a HOF ILB. He'd be Ray Lewis & Dick Butkus combined.

If he were on another AFC East team, not a fan on here would think he had half a brain.

as much as I do not like Brady... I have to agree that he is the best QB in the NFL right now... so I guess that makes two of us. :)

Its all opinions, Vick and Brady have both had super years.

My point is why does Crowder need to open his mouth days before we play Brady.

    The guy needs to go.

You do realize that he does not have to talk to them right? They go to him because they know he will insert his foot in his mouth. He has done it over and over.

The man has the right to his opinion, whether you like it or not. They asked him a question, he answered. I really don't see the big deal.

Both players deserve the MVP, and I would vote for Vick, because the eagles were like night and day when Kolb came in. Vick has been an absolute game changer this year. That said, we haven't been able to see what the Pats look like without brady this year, bc Belichick leaves tom boy in to run up the score.

I would vote for Vick, but Channing is right, Brady will win.

Brady is the best player. Not necessarily the MVP.

Everyone expected the Pats to win. Everyone thought the Iggles were crazy.

Crowder is going to make a great color commentator on Fox in a year or two, and last for a year or two before he inserts foot in mouth...

Actually a lot of people expected the Pats to slip and take a back seat to the Jets this year. Their predictions seemed confirmed after the Jets beat the Pats and then the Pats traded Moss shortly after. It seemed they were rebuilding, resetting for a year, whatever. And then Tom Brady started playing on a different level. That makes him the hands down MVP.

    Vick had three turnovers tonight.

    Brady has 4 this season.

This is true. In fact, many have felt that the Pats have drafted poorly the past few years (esp. some gurus on this very board - there was a thread last year entitled, "The Patriot Myth" that essentially stated that they were not going to succeed b/c of so many failures). Yet, they have developed some still raw talent such that they are right now the best team.

But, with Brady at 4 TO's as V-F noted, there is no choice for MVP. Brady is putting up unreal #'s and he's not throwing to a bunch of 1st round draft choices!

Btw, Vick has 9 fumbles (3 lost) and 6 INT's in the last six games. If that is league MVP #s down the final stretch of the season - the league has some bad play. He's had his best season ever, imo, but there's no more debate on this.

Did you count the # of unblocked blitzers Vick had in his face as well? It matters.

Both Vick and Brady would be good choices. Rivers, Cassel, Rodgers as well. I doubt any of them care besides Vick, he's the only one that doesn't have a long term deal.

First, my biggest hope is that Crowder is gone this off season, 'cause I'm just really sick and tired of hearing and reading what he has to say. Message to Crowder...STFU and make some plays on D. Second, he's wrong...again. Brady is the best QB in the NFL right now...hands down. He deserves the MVP honor, even over Channing's boy...Michael Vick (who I am sure will win comeback player of the year).

Brady is the best player period, this season proves it. I cannot believe his numbers this year, throwing to a less than 100% Welker; Branch, who was terrible in Seattle and now has become good again? Coincidence?; Two rookie TEs; 2nd year WR, who is marginal at best - Tate; Ellis, who was their what 4th stringer and Woodhead who is 2 feet tall. His supporting cast is mediocre, although those TEs, especially Hernandez could be excellent.

Vick has an awesome support cast with Desean, Maclin, Celek and Shady McCoy.

I am thinking Brady is the man this year, but Vick was sick from my Fantasy team...thanks Mike!

Thank you. Why do you people get so worked up so much over his comments. It will make no difference. Brady is on a mission to kick everyone's *** this year and nothing a mediocre LB from a mediocre team will make a difference

This might be another, CO-MVP year, although Vick has fallen back in his play as of late.............AGAIN.

Thanks Vick. Your Welcome G man
