Weird especially since theyre in the same division and all. At least the Giants and Jets arent even in the same conference. Now theyre forcing the NFL to craft a schedule that does not cause any collision between them.
I think LA will remain teamless until another city becomes a plausible threat for owners to bluff with to get stadium money.
How brilliant is it for the fans though. They'd have an extra home game a year because they automatically play as a visitor in the same stadium. Genius!
I'm reading that if this goes down, one of the two has to move to the NFC. So if the NFL were to switch a team from the NFC to the AFC and just looked at the West divisions.. Just imagine they switched the Oakland Raiders for either: Seattle San Francisco Arizona 3 NFC powers, and St. Louis ain't that bad either. lol Just a quarterback away, that defense is ridiculous.
Btw the Raiders at one point was offered to share a stadium with the 49ers and then said they would never share a stadium. But theyre willing to if its LA? Lol
