I thought we had put the bad drafts behind us but it seems these guys are just as clueless as the previous regime in terms of drafting. If you wanted and edge rusher jordan willis would have been a much better pick.

I guess we don't care if teams run on us, and we don't care if we can't run on other teams. After all, we have the great Bushrod and who else to start at guard? And Harris weighs 253 pounds. Maybe we can get him to gain 30 pounds so he can play defensive end, like rhe last geniuses did with our #3 overall pick we traded up for. That worked out great.
What a monumental disappointment.

Yes, but I'm not convinced by your thought process. Critical thinking requires that you take known objective facts, reach a conclusion, and project how the pick is likely to fit into the defensive scheme. Those objective facts are "clues," as you put it.
I see a guy who has been historically bad against the run. Add him to a defense that is bad against the run and a huge problem has gone unaddressed. So have others that need addressing, like guard. In my opinion, the pick sucks. Go have your own opinion.
