Looks like he is using himself as a guinea pig for a new sports facility he is building. The intent is to use it to get him back to Pro Bowl form and if it works, it may attract athletes of all sports. Check it out.

Interesting. This comes right on the heels of his official retirement announcement, which was greeted with much sarcasm. Obviously, the retirement was all part of this plan. Have to retire before you can execute your un-retirement plan.
