"La Canfora reports that the Dolphins are also looking at Chargers tight end coach Rob Chudzinki, and Chris Palmer, a UFL head coach last year." http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/category/rumor-mill/
I've got a feeling they might be looking at Palmer as a QB coach not as offensive coordinator. As a 61 year old who has already retired from the NFL once its hard to imagine them going down the Henning route again. As an experienced QB coach who could also help support a young OC however, he'd be a reasonable addition.
My guess is this. We are going to see Tony take more of a hands on role with the offense and hire a passing game coordinator and a running game coordinator. It wouldn't surprise me to see Chris Palmer hired as quarterbacks coach/passing game coordinator and John Garrett hired as tight ends coach/running game coordinator.
