Pacman Jones on punt returns, I think we are seeing a trend forming where Db's are also returners, even in KC Javier Arenas had a 99 yd punt return TD called back, and he had a 48 yd return.

This on a team with Dex McCluster.

gresham again. gotta say that denver's offensive line tonight is the best executing of all the offensive lines i've seen the first week. if orton was brady they would be unstoppable tonight

Wow is Quinn bad. We rail about how horrible the Ginn pick was, but I have to think the Quinn pick would have devastated this franchise even more (we would have wasted a few years trying to determine if he had anything).

In addition to a 42-yard kickoff return, Chiefs second-rounder Javier Arenas also had a 99-yard return touchdown called back on penalty.
Fellow rookie Dexter McCluster, expected to be Arenas' primary competition on kickoffs, didn't return any kicks. Arenas should have both jobs to himself this season as one of the league's most dangerous return specialists.

And Marc Colombo was carted off of the field with a knee.

That 07 draft was choc full of suck, if we had taken Quinn, we were screwed, if we took Beck AND we were screwed, we took Ginn Beck and Satele and we were REALLY screwed...:D

I'm looking forward to seeing Tebow, but my understanding is that he's being brought along very slowly. I heard one of the networks ask a local reporter how Tebow looked and his response was "he's not getting many reps"..."he's getting third QB reps".

I put the over/under of chants for Tebow to come into the game at 8 this regular season...

tebow had a beautiful sideline pass that was dropped by the receiver on the first series. lets see what he does on the 2nd series

Seriously. The more I think about this, the more I like Ginn.

Tebow's throwing motion takes forever. His back foot comes off the ground like a pitcher; hate this.

That long delivery led to ht getting hit twice on that series before the ball was out.

Tebow is screwed until he TRULY changes his delivery, stride and windup.

Im not a Tebow fan but the guy is confident and commanded the hudle not a bad outing for him. When the season satrts I dont think his feet will get him out of trouble as easy though.

He still has that ****ty delievery.

Tebow showed good passing ability, a strong arm and good accuracy. He also demonstrated leadership and instincts and led his team to a score. I think some people will always focus on what he doesn't do well and keep missing all those other things he does very well.
