After years of being the red-headed step child within the AFC North, the Cleveland Browns look like they have finally realized what it takes to win in the NFL: Defense. That said, Cleveland managed to lure the best 3-4 coaching mind in the league away from a division foe. Dick LeBeau and his vaunted defense was introduced Friday, as the new Cleveland Browns Head Coach. Joining him and helping to coordinate the defense is former Pittsburgh Steelers Linebacker Coach and up and comer, Keith Butler. The two teamed up in Pittsburgh for the league's best defense last year and will look to achieve that once again. On the offensive side of the ball, Cleveland has hired former Indianapolis offensive guru, Tom Moore. LeBeau will be able to hand the reigns over to Moore to develop a potent and well rounded attack. Between Moore and LeBeau, the Browns have one of the most experienced staffs in the league.
