Im just now looking into this. It seems intriguing from what I was reading about it. You pick a coach(refresh page until you get the one you want) and look to join a team. Im pretty sure you can only take Coordinator jobs at first - until your reputation gets better. Use the map to travel to different cities and click on the name of the team @ the location of their school & apply your coach for the open job.
I saw you can also call plays live during the games. It sims out visually comparable to Goal Line Blitz in style. Every day = 1 week in game.
(In game)"Hours"=Action points available to your coach.

) to return to Coach's Home.
