Remember, he cannot be out of coaching for more than 3 years, currently coach a college team, or be a fictional character beyond the exceptions that were voted upon. You can promote other teams coaches only if you offer them a promotion (IE, promote a team's offense coordinator to head coach or quarterbacks coach to offense coordinator).
Minimum bids for a head coach is $3.0M.
Minimum bids for a coordinator is $1.5M.
Maximum bids for a head coach is $7.0M.
Maximum bids for a coordinator is $3.0M.
Please remember that Bill Cowher, Kirk Ferentz, and Bob Stoops are only eligible for head coaching positions while Charlie Weis, Gus Malzahn, Monte Kiffin, and Luke Fickwell are only eligible for coordinator positions only. The rest of the available coaches may be offered coordinator or head coaching jobs.
