I don't know why anyone would want Chilly he is god awful.

as a head coach yeah, but as an offensive coordinator in philly he was good

He has a history of productive offenses... he's hardheaded, yeah, but I think for a young building offensive unit, that'll be a good thing. He's a good fit for the type of offense I'd like to move toward with two young solid different style backs in Bush and McFadden.

 

He's also very vanilla IMO.

 

He is so conservative its not even funny. He is the Jim Tressel of play calling in the NFL.

looking at the stats from when chilly was in philly, they werent bad at all. even prior the arrival of t_o, they were better.

 

Notice their not bad without him. Trust me Ive seen enough Chilly in Minnesota to know his play calling blows. If you like conservative and predictable play calling than he is the man for you.

Garrett's inconsistent IMO. He has some games where he has a very nice gameplan and then other games where you think he's Brad Childress, lol.

Who said I was running the Tampa 2? I'm not. Dungy knows zone and that doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be a Tampa 2. It will be zone based scheme divided in halves.
