Penalties, Turnovers, Bad Effeciency, Improper Technique, Not playing within the scheme - all these things will not be tolerated. You are not bigger than the team, and the team is not bigger than the goal. What's the goal? To win football games.
Just something I thought up real quick (or I agree with if it's not an original thought). I'm in no way an NFL coach, but I think things should be thought of this way.
