    Anyone every try any of these do-it yourself colon cleansers?

    Lots of folks seem say they help you drop a little weight and feel healthier, but when I google something I just gets websites trying to push a product.

    A colonic for me is about 3 El Nino Burritos from Mighty Taco and a large coffee.

    save yourself some money and just buy Psyllium Husk. Mix that with something and you will be pooping like no tomorrow. It is cheap too.

    Just drinking Olive Oil would do better then any colon cleansers you can buy.If you don't want to drink it just fry up some chicken and rice.

    One pound of Chicken and one cup of rice cooked with 10 oz or so of olive oil and you'll be s------ oil for days.

    Just keep eating left-over Christmas dinner (lots of dressing and potato salad) and keep stressing about the game on Sun.
