He recently told espn's John Clayton that Jim caldwell is dungy-esque in his communication skills and leadership. Tom Moore is safe as well. The defensive coordinator job though is still under review. The team was reportedly looking at Mike Nolan before he was snatched up by the Miami Dolphins.
