As per usual, we could use a deep class at OLB/DE

    My dude:

    -Aldon Smith
-Ryan Kerrigan, but for him I'd like to see his agility drill times

    Kerrigan hits 4.67.

There is a really nice crop of DT's this yr, Cameron Jordan ran a 4.70 for DT second to Tommie Harris's 4.67 all time.

But notice, the 330 or 340 pd DT is a rare beast at this combine, they are generally smaller, but faster.

Hes not built how I would like him to be for the inside, looks like he might be better outside..6'4, pretty long, I like mine in a more stocky package, more like a bigger taller MJD..lol..

Hes fast, he can track and chase in space, he can mirror a back or QB in the flat, sometimes he looks a little stiff above the waist, doesnt seem to play in the backfield a whole bunch, but I really dont have enough film to be accurate.

We want a tackling machine, and a kid that will play fast in the bloodzone, thats first and foremost for me, sideline to sideline is a luxury..

His skillset does have position flexibility..

Still watchin Colin Mac..ran a couple of 4.6's, not bad for a white boy, I think hes instinctive..more like Zach..

I think if/when McCarthy learns the fundamentals of the game, which they did a poor job teaching at Miami (FL), he is going to be pretty good. Just needs to stay in one piece.

I don't really like Dontay Moch. I think he's a WLB in Tampa/Indy/Minnesota/etc.'s scheme and he has a lot to learn. He may end up busting.

yeah Iam watchin him go thru his drills, he looks real good to me..doesn't waste steps, solid footwork and athleticism, nice quick hands, I just like his stance, and I like the look of him when he competes..I got his stock risin...hes been on my mock all off season.. nothin's changed except maybe the round I can get him in.

I wonder if there is some Adalius Thomas in Moch's game Alen?

And if we wanted to upgrade ST he would be an obvious choice.

As for Wilson..come on Deej, gotta have that inside out speed to combat what the Patriots do with Woodhead and Welker.

I am soo tired of watching smaller quicker backs leaving Channing C in the rear view mirror.

Pads, isn't that what we have Edds for .... not that he is especially fleet of foot - but has to be better than Chowder ...

but don't get me wrong ... always up for upgrading at LB ....... as i have stated regularly ...
