I used to post on a website based around the band tool. I knew a guitar player on there who was in this band. They're on "indefinite hiatus" as of Dec. 2008. I just googled this and found their stuff again.
It sounds like Godspeed You! Black Emperor / Explosions In The Sky. "Post Rock", basically.

im confused lol..who is on hiatus?tool or chttp? if they sound anything like old tool i may have to check them out as tool has fallen out of grace with me.i really miss the tool before their record label gave maynard full control of thier music.he gets creative control,makes a crappy tool album that has 2 songs and a bunch of pointless noise with no sense of direction and starts another band playing music that should be tool. so thank you for bringing my attention to a band that may be similar to old tool style.:up:

coming home to traffic patterns is on indefinite hiatus from 2008
they don't really sound like tool, but obviously tool is an influence for at least one of their members because that's the board i was on.
it's good stuff anyways give a listen. -
