LaFell fits too, just not in rd 1. I suppose Benn and D. Thomas do to.

 

Would love Lafell personally. Big fan. I think he slips into rd 1 somewhere tho.

How Tall is Marshall? Henne knows what would compliment the offence.

 

Honestly I don't like him so much. The few times I've seen him I've noticed he doesn't catch with his hands, especially on short routes he lets the ball into his body too much.

 

Yeah, but I was hoping for someone with consistent hands too.

 

All i'll say in lafells defense is this. Everything said about Lafell is the same stuff that was said about Dwayne Bowe when he came out. Same offense, same kind of production, same negatives.

 

Doesn't mean he's the same player though, right?

It just bothers me that the one time I saw him use his hands, he juggled it and pulled it into his chest. I'm not saying he sucks or he's going to bust, he just makes me nervous based on what I saw in limited viewing.

 

Hopfully he tells the coachs that and they listen to him

no there definitely not the same. Lafell has far more big play potential than bowe ever did. But Bowe is just way more physical. Better blocker, better at breaking tackles, etc.

i'd like to see Dez bryant happen. It'd solve all our problems. But we're not the only ones with the same problem unfortunately.

 

Golden Tate is going to be a first round pick Gilyard or Thomas would have to be the pick in the second round

 

I have seen games with LaFell where he doesnt even look like a 3rd rounder and then there are some where he's a top 5 pick. I'm a bit worried about his ability to get seperation in the pros but his inconsistency scares me the most. Still, having said that, I think he has to be a consideration in the 2nd round though I still think we're going linebacker in the first two rounds

 

Im an lsu fan and this is unfortunately true. And sadly it's not just true about him. Almost every player on their offense shows signs of greatness every once and awhile, then pure crap the next.

 

It's tough to be consistent with Jefferson at QB and no running game (and not for lack of trying).
