I didnt know that. If thats the case i guess he'll be a Pat next season then. Didnt Bilicheat say he was a stud or words to that effect? He isnt a stud for me. He needs to stay at OLB IMO, the guy doesnt make plays and he is not the best at tackling angles and to be a MLB if he is to replace ZT then he needs to be better than he is. To me he is an OLB.

My bad. I apologize for that.

Crowder signed a four-year contract with the team in July and went on to start 13 of the 16 games in which he played during his rookie season. He opened 11 games at the weakside spot and two in the middle.

Anyone disappointed with Crowder? I have to ask because i seem to be in the minority. I would rather see him at weakside LB and NOT MLB. Maybe im being spoiled watching Zach over the yrs.

Hard to be disappointed when I never expected much to begin with. I still remember the bowl game against Iowa when he's celebrating after a tackle despite a late large deficit. The Dolphins have found far too many of those types in recent years/decades. Fans old enough to remember the early '70s teams are stunned and disgusted by attitudes like Crowder's, because those teams featured players who would never dream of being satisfied during a loss.

Forget about fixing the knee. Adjust Crowder's radar. Then perhaps he'll threaten bare minimal competence.

You know the Dolphins are in huge trouble when a mediocrity like Crowder is subject of concern.

Well said. Cant argue with those comments.
When we are on the verge of losing someone like Zach Thomas and Channing Crowder is the next MLB for the Dolphins then i know we are downgrading which ever way you slice it.

you guys are crazy. in my opinion he should be resigned once the end of his rookie contract is in sight. he is a very good player who can easily become a great one. he always has a positive attitude and is one of only good pure tacklers we have on this team.

what do you suggest we let him go and then try and find a replacement for him too..?? we already need to find zach's. since we are rebuilding we need more solid young players like crowder, like carey, like ronnie., satele, ginn, etc.. crowder should absolutely be considered in the pack of core players this franchises future should be built up upon.

    inching to 100k posts

Winning is a habit, so is losing.

Crowder underperforms, this season that cannot be hidden.
