It's a fake, because you ethically can't give someone with HIV a placebo in a clinical trial.
It's illegal, at least in US. You can probably run a clinical trial in eastern Europe and get away with it. -

I know lots of people will be happy to hear that they already find a cure for HIV patients but as I look at the article I can already say that it is definitely a fake one because it doesn't give a technical support about the cure and if its really true they will definitely give this news to the media right?
