Dolphins special teams coordinator Darren Rizzi is the only assistant expected to remain in the organization, inside sources tell the Palm Beach Post.
No other assistant has been asked to remain in the organization.
The biggest question mark was whether new coach Adam Gase would retain interim coach Dan Campbell.
However, sources say Campbell is making the easy decision easy for Gase.
Campbell wants to move on and will almost certainly leave.

He didn't get the job, but leaving and not accepting that he needs more seasoning wherever he goes is an error on his part. If he's going to go anywhere else, it better be with hat in hand and ready to learn what he doesn't know at this point.

If Campbell goes, than I'm fine with it. I'm very interested, as we all are, as to who's Gase's assistants will be, but when Gase became the OC in Denver, Julius Thomas went from a guy who had caught one pass for five yards in two seasons (9 games played), to one who caught over 100 total passes and 24 TDs the next two. Chicago's TEs combined to catch almost 90 passes for almost 900 yards and 8 TD last season, so Gase seems to have an offense thats very TE friendly.

I'm not sure leaving isn't better just because we're talking about Miami. Since when in staying in Miami good for a coach or player's career, lol?

I dont think Campbell will ever develop into a head coach that has the Xs and Os intellect. He would delegate that responsibility to the coordinators and lesd the team he is coaching through motivation and accountability.
There are actully very few Xs and Os head coaches in the league - the ones with their own playbook and calls plays.
Andy Reid, Adam Gase, Mike McCoy, John Harbaugh and the best one out there is Mike McCarthy. -
I really don't see what Campbell brings to the table. As TE coach our TEs were average at best. Couple that with some very questionable coaching decisions and I don't think we are losing anything.

I'm a little surprised campbell thinks do highly of himself. The SD and IND games were not games we should have lost. You don't need to look any further than those two to gauge campbell as a Hc. (As of right now)
