Have you taken a look at Belichick's assistants? Dan Le Batard hinted at this in one of his recent articles, but Belichick is very well known for coaching up his own coaches and promoting from within. The majority of his coaching staff hasn't even coached anywhere else but New England. The most experienced guys on his staff are Dante Scarneccia, Ivan Fears, and Scott O'Brien.

Huh ? I don't think you understand what I was saying. They are so inexperienced Belichek will kill us yet again.

 

So going with complete inexperience will be better ? I think by this time next year we're going to be begging for the return of Henning. I see this getting that bad. We may even have negative yards next year. Oh well complete new staff in here in 2012 with perhaps Cowher as the man. We can only hope !

 

How about we get some new TE's? A pathetically slow meatball from Jersey, and two scrubs just won't cut it.

It's a 50/50 venture. You need a coach that can actually coach - and - you need players that can actually play. Maybe this year we'll figure it out.
