I get this news report via Twitter on my phone. While I was walking around the 'hood, this title appeared: Miami Dolphins Trading Ronnie Brown for Calvin Johnson.
I found the link, but I was just wondering if this guy is a troll or is onto something? I am merely posting because of the obvious interest.
I am leaning towards 'not true', but you never know. Seems very odd to me. Still could not help posting, though. Guy is a "contributor", but not really an article, more like a comment? I dunno...I've searched. Seems trollish to me, but I could not help it.

Well, true or not, Calvin Johnson is about the only player I would trade Ronnie for.
EDIT: Actually maybe I wouldn't make that trade seeing how valuable Ronnie Brown is to our offense.#1dolphinsfan likes this. -

Don't put anything into it...
Seems like a forum (un-like ours)... and only making blogs for conversations... -

And why would the Lions do this trade? Calvin Johnson is one of the best young players in the game. A guy to build your team around. Ronnie is a stud too but he isn't as young. I could maybe see it if the Lions needed one dominant RB to contend but that obviously isn't the case.

lol the Bleacher Report. WTF makes that site a legitimate news site?

Although I wouldn't be totally against it, I'll go ahead and call bullsh*t.

if there was even an ounce of truth to this -- it could possibly be the best trade the PHINS have ever made ... certainly the best in the last 25 years.
as much as i appreciate what RB brings to our offense ... CJ would bring more, in the form of a TD threat on every play.
remember, this FO does not value RBs as much as others -- equally, RB is unique in his current situation, but seriously .... who wouldn't make this trade in a heartbeat.texanphinatic likes this. -
i am thinking we would have to give them our First also. But Calvin Johnson will never be a miami dolphins unless it is at the end of his career when he has nothing left to give

Pretty much. Im a bleeding heart ronnie brown fan and I'd still have to do it. (even with giving up the first rounder. I think Calvins that d**** good.)Disnardo and Fin-Omenal like this.

I think we would have heard something from some other source (if you want to call BR a source) if there was any truth to this.

I doubt its true

Thanks for the funny comments guys.
I apologize for posting. Got duped by BR. It seemed really odd, but I really just had to post it (regardless of the repercussions).
Again, apologies. 99% of myself knew it was not true, but I guess I really just had to know if anyone here had heard of this ridiculous 'rumor'.azfinfanmang and LandShark13 like this. -
I wish, but no chance this would ever happen from Detroit's standpoint.
