Thanks man, appreciate the read on a boring work day. I'm still more concerned about who's starting at G opposite Justin Smiley. I'm still hoping they take a look at LeCharles Bentley; but I'm not holding my breath.

This isnt in any sense going to be a single-back offense. He uses I-formation plays, but what he uses even more than that is 3-back formations, with two blockers and a runningback in the backfield. So did Sparano/Parcells, if I remember correctly from time to time.

You'd think Omar Kelly was not watching practices or something.

Nice read. I liked that as well. Our roster really isnt THAT bad. I mean sure theres no way we contend with it, but it far and away better than last year.

IMO Cobbs has a better shot then the rookies. Because he's proven on special teams and in the NFL.

Better shot than Parmele and Hilliard? If so, I disagree. They won't let them go when they invested a couple draft picks. They want to see what they prove first and then maybe let them go after a couple years. I would be surprised to see Cobbs make the roster. There's seven backs on the roster right now and I believe four make the roster (3 RB's, 1 FB). I think we may have to carry more than that or somehow pray that they clear the wire and go to the PS. That makes it so hard to keep them. My guess is that we get rid of Mauia?
