Did anyone else notice that the announcers were Jets fans today?

Throughout the game Phil Simms displayed very poor professionalism in his commentary. Unfortunately I can't remember any specific examples. But was it just me or did Phil Simms do everything but start a damned J-E-T-S cheer today?

Nantz and Simms were brutal today. I don't think they said one nice thing about the phins today.

I personally thought Simms was giving our defense a lot of credit they didn't deserve.

He was also praising randy Starks all game.

So No I didn't notice it.

^^ This! But it does not matter who's game he is announcing, I think it is just his arrogance, and desperate need to heard. I don't know how he still has a job. Unfortunately we get Simms alot.

Example, when Bess (I think had that questionable fumble in the fourth quarter) Simms could not stop to analyze the play because he just had to show everyone how smart he was and that the fact the play was ruled down on the field did not matter b/c it was still reviewable.

Uh, yeah it does matter b/c it gave us the opportunity to get the snap off!

Plus if the crowd can hear them, why not try to get the home crowd going? I didn't have a problem with the announcers today.

Phil Simms attended the Bob Griese school of broadcasting.....he bores you to the point of wanting to drive a nail thru your own hand.

I heard that too, but in the end, the "fish" got the last laugh.

Funny thing is right before Ginn had his first td kick return they were praising Feely with his two previous tackles and I was thinking wouldn't it be great if there was a kick return for a td and bingo.
