Certainly teams have players sign agreements regarding grievances. What do we know/think we know about when/if he followed protocol? If he made every reasonable attempt to follow the rules he agreed to and NOTHING was done then fine, walk off the job. If not then he is just some guy who twisted off. That is where we will find out who's head should roll
