Really liked his attitude. He is working hard to get stronger; wants to get to 260 (sounded like he wanted to get there by training camp - he's at 250 now - ended the season, if I recall, around 228-230). If he comes in in the mid to high 250's ... or 260 ... look out.

Also loved that he watches film of great OLB/DEs - mentioned Suggs, Ware, Wake, and Lawrence Taylor.

Sounds humble and like he wants to just grind it out and work hard both on and off the field on his game. If he maintains that work ethic, I think he will be a star, given his physicality.
