Do you approve of the job Joe Philbin is doing as head coach of the Miami Dolphins?

Bpk has been slacking on his approval polls, so I'll pick up his slack. This should be fun.
Off topic: Does Joe Philbin have Asperger's syndrome? I think so.
Chris Hogan TD!!!!!
I wanted that assgoblin fired after the Incongito shenanigans when he didn't want to fire Turner. Guess how I feel about him now?

Many thanks to the awesome staff and members of the site, all of whom contribute tirelessly to an incredible Dolphins fansite.
Rex Ryan took the players Philbin didnt take precedent too and beat him with them....Philbin needs to go. Today. He's a joke.

And to think...If Stephen Ross fired Philbin when he should have, Rex Ryan might have been the coach of the Miami Dolphins. Instead he's coaching the Bills and just showed Ross how stupid he was to retain Philbin. Ross needs to wake the **** up and soon.

When Ryan made the former Dolphins on his team the captains for the coin toss, I knew we were getting our asses handed to us. Philbin would never dream of doing that. What a joke.

Anyone who votes yes is not a true Dolphin fan. I guess we will find out how many secret fans of our divisional rivals are really on this forum.

This. That incident clearly showed he could not manage or lead an NFL team.
Hell no.
Anyone who does, should be banned, or sent for a psych eval.

The only one more queasy than Philbin is Ross. I still don't think he has the balls to fire him.
It's the gift that keeps on giving.
YES. Because the most important thing is Philbin being fired and right now he is doing an EXCELLENT job of ensuring that!
I feel like I've been voting "No" for 2 years straight. When did these start?
The December 2013 swoon was enough for me to give a big fat no. Then it happened again in 2014. And now its just bled over into an even worse 2015. Pretty much like when they held onto Wannstedt and Sparano far too long when anyone could see it was not going to end well. Who couldn't see this would happen? Besides Stephen Ross, that is.

If only Ross had the balls to fire this dick head during the bye week...

Actually BPK, your response makes perfect sense. That is the only logical reason to vote yes in this poll. Good job.
I am still waiting for all the Philbin supporters to come on here and explain to all of us why Philbin deserves to be an NFL head coach. Other than the fact the Dolphin owner was dumb enough to hire him to begin with.
I was willing to give him a pass last year but after the moves they made - there had to be a progression. There is no way this team could regress. If we got to the play-offs and got destroyed than at least that is progress. He needs to go very soon, like now - the whole staff. Get these players someone to play for.
Not voting. "No." is way too reserved for how I feel about the (mis)management here.
So what is the solution? Fire him this week and hand it over to Lazor for a test drive? Do we have any position coordinators that could step up? Or should we wait until the bye week maybe?
I mean, after last years meltdown, we needed a strong start - especially with this schedule. Instead we escape the Redskins, get beat by the Jaguars and get thrashed by the Bills at home in our first divisional game. Meanwhile, the Pats are looking ready to repeat their SB, and both the Bills and Jets have shown way more progress and fire than we have.
Ok so we head to London next Week, if Miami loses then Philban and Coyle should be fired, this will give us the bye Week to get a new regime in place.

That's too logical a thought process given that Ross is the owner.
I'm going next week... God have mercy on my soul.
Its obvious that this team isn't playing for him. Watching him tonight trying to encourage and motivate even though they were 20+ behind was laughable. Its just him trying to give a sense that he is still in control, even though its plain to see he isn't. His term is done. Any competent owner would see that and act. The team has talent which is being woefully underused. A good coach would be getting a lot more out of them. He should have been gone in the summer.
Gotta love fans who wait till the team is doing poorly to start bragging on how smart they are. Yes that was in jest.
