    How about they were BOTH the problem. Ireland was ****ty at picking players, and Ross horribly inept at running an NFL organization.

    How about next year when Tannehill refuses to sign a long-term deal, and heads off to free agency after 2015 ? After Jake Long did the same thing.....will that finally convince you ?

    I wrote that with the caveat being Ross wasn't gonna allow Aponte final say on personnel decisions, apparently hard knocks wasn't a setup.
