Sorry, brother, one has a Rotty and is afraid He will hurt the little one. The other is going through a tough time with her marriage and cannot offer stability.
That's ok man. I really, really appreciate the attempt though. I hope her life turns out the way she wants. Tell her i said thank you for even thinking it, during this time.
I really hope you find a home for him, bro. You're doing a great thing, there's too many people in this world that would just let him loose. I wish I could help out, but we're not allowed to have pets in our apartment. Besides, we all know that you wouldn't want him living in Iowa....
I think you would have a better chance if you changed his name... Sorry, I also can't arrange a trip from Texas...AND I am in temp housing at the moment. I had a Girlfriend that had a Shih Tzu. Great great dog. You wont find a kinder of Gods creatures anywhere...... Hope something works out bro, and very admirable of you to do this
i have an 18 month old daughter, and a bulldog who seriously has some sort of surgery every 3-4 months. but i feel for this poor pup. if i lived closer, and could afford(money and time wise) two high maintenance pups, i would. way to have 2 pigs tho!!! wow.
Thanks man. Having 2 pigs is like having teenage daughters. They are thick headed, *****y, and demand things they want, but they're my girls and I love them. I also eye any boy pigs very suspiciously, so they know I'm watching them.
****update**** It looks like the effort has paid off. We've found Lucky a home! A single college professor and her child. The child, like Lucky, suffers from seizures as well. So she is well prepared to handle Lucky's needs (She also has experience at training dogs!). She cannot take Lucky until after Easter, because of preplanned trip, so we'll be holding on to him for another couple of weeks, but it appears well worth the wait. So all silly competition stuff aside, I wanted to thank everyone for trying and their support, and be happy to know, there is a very happy ending to this story. Thanks again!
That's fantastic news brother! Looks like Lucky will have that loving home you were hoping form. That was a great thing you did for that dog, awesome work!
