Usually comp picks are around 60-75% of snaps. Sometimes higher.
That's why you don't do that kind of deal. Its for picks straight up or no deal. Ireland stupidity strikes again and it costs the Dolphins.
Tom Brady was a 6th.......you never know what you find there.

Paul 13moderatorWell, it does suck that we don't get that extra pick. VD didn't meet the conditional requirements due to injury not because he wasn't worth the extra 6th rounder. I'm just assuming the conditions had something to do with games started/played and not making the pro bowl. It's a pretty fair assumption.

Yah that usually doesn't cut it for that position. I'm surprised though that there wasn't a pick anyways. Usually conditional picks have a lower pick if they don't qualify and a higher pick if they do. He couldn't have still swung a 7th if he failed to meet the conditions?

Seriously, now; and again, I am no fan of Ireland, but how was he supposed to know Vontae was going to get hurt, so that he couldn't play the requisite number of snaps? Isn't this more of an act of God?
