Generally agree, but I think it's also important to see how people act when things are going well. Some retain a drive to succeed while others slack off.

Don't you just hate it when a team that's comfortably ahead in the 4th quarter stops playing with urgency and loses the game as a result?

Ya but what does anybody on this board's drive to succeed has one bit of an impact on what the team actually does?

Yeah if your starters are actually decent/good. Dallas Thomas started the majority of the year, he isn't even close to decent, Sturgis is about 2 months away from being cut....8 of the 9 picks have had little to no impact at all...all we really got is half a good season from a 4th rounder. That draft was putrid.
