it is live, but they are more or loss just doing the morning show from the site. They are covering the whole NFL, not just the Dolphins. Jason Taylor is co-hosting. I'm recording the next four hours in case they start showing the actual practice today.
the real coverage starts at 1230 eastern..this is where they show the practice for an hour then interview players after.
OMFG my timing sucks. Cancelled DirecTV after all, and the new stuff will be installed later today...can't even TiVO it. Anybody know if it'll be available somewhere after the first showing?
I would just set your DVR to record NFLN manually for the rest of the day once you get it installed. Although if you want to watch it live, you can go to nfl.com and watch it there I believe you need to log in with your directv info.
Brent Grimes is being interviewed by Casserly and Darlington and he sounds like an idiot. Helluva player, but not a very articulate human being.
so this is what they call coverage from dolphins practice...all i see is cam newton, cam newton and ****ing cam newton, also from what i saw billy turner was in first at RG...
hasn't been any 11 on 11's..no coverage at all at this point but the network even though their there..not sure whats going on.
so they have shown more from jets, seattle and carolina camp and of course now they show Belichik press conference....disgusting
thats correct, they showed 2 mins of actual footage, those two mins were that of the handoff variety, an that truly was it..not sure what happened, I know the whole practice was at half speed, i guess they decided that because it was on the far field and they weren't going at it on 11 on 11's that they would lose viewers.
Recap: Grimes talking about the Sports Science program and how team has been monitoring everyone thruout the off season. Comparison between Grimes INT against the Lions and the Giants Receiver, Odell's catch... Grimes mumbles a lot. As rdhstlr23 said, he sounds like an idiot when he speaks. Lewis and Jason Taylor on Thill - his progression since college. The deep ball "issues". Billick - Thill's growth and now having better receivers. Having the right pieces around him important. Casserly talking about Parker and what he means for the future. Mentions Philbin - Tannehill throwing better than ever before. Jason Taylor - No Mike Wallace issues this season or another receiver wanting to be the focus or have the ball forced to him. Better energy. Taylor - OL still some issues, but hoping to get Albert back and see continued growth from Douglas and Turner. Casserly - OL key to Tannehill continuing to grow. Billick - OL is what will hold this team back. Taylor - Landry playing like a true vet. Rhett - something about LaMichael James... missed it as they quickly went to an altercation in Pathers camp with Cam and some DB... Taylor said that wouldn't happen with Tannehill as Suh would have Thill's back. Not sure if I missed anything else. Said they'd come back to the Fins later. Really not a lot insight. Got more out of A13OVEAVERAGE's coverage notes than this segment.
All they said about L. James was that he could be another weapon for Tannehill and that he's looked good in camp.
