It was a good press conference. These are the times where a head coach has a huge impact on a team's morale and motivation.

I love Tony's consistency and message. He is the glue that holds this team together and keeps it chugging forwards, even with veteran captains being lost.

Sparano is not the best game day manager but he is doing a great job as our head coach.

I think the man is borderline genius. I mean that literally, not as hyperbole.

Good question. Perhaps he is already planning for the best opportunity to do just that. Since he hardly ever reveals his secrets, maybe he is already in the process of finding some more Miami Dolphins.

    Once again....good question.

Injuries are part of the game. We didn't have too many key injuries last year, and we also had a nice +/- on turnovers, but this year we are not getting the breaks. I think great teams find ways to win. I also like that are backups like Hilliard/Cobbs/Polite and our O-lineman are stepping up and filling in nicely.

Polite is not a backup. He has been the starting fullback since the start of the season.

    And it's "our", not are.
