Dolphins get $1.6 million in extra cap space

The money will be reallocated to the other teams, with every franchise except the Saints and Raiders picking up $1.6 million in extra cap space. (The Saints and Raiders presumably don’t get the extra money as their own punishment for engaging in similar tactics in 2010.)

Cowboys and Redskins lose a bunch of cap space due to cheating last season. The cap space is now given to 28 other teams.

Not sure if we get all of it right away or if it depends on how the cowboys and Washington spreads the cap charge.

Fat Albert didn't just stink up the place in Washington, he essentially left them with the salary cap version of herpes.

So Washington gave up a ton of high draft picks for Griffin AND doesn't have any FA room?

St Louis will be selecting early in the draft with the Skins next three first rounders.
