As I've said several times lately, when this regime first took over, I was one of the "The Tuna runs the show, really" crowd. Not only was I wrong, but I've even stopped calling them "the Trifecta", etc because this is Tony's show and he's running it...

 

Tony's players respect and believe in him and you can't ask more than that. With Ireland as personnel director, Sparano as manager and Parcells as quality control you have to believe its a pretty good system.

 

I admit, at first, I was worried that bp would run it all. But, now I see it is Sparano's team. I couldn't be happier with bp in the background. I've just never been a fan of his.
