http://www.rotoworld.com/content/playernews.aspx?sport=NFL http://miamiherald.typepad.com/dolp...-on-the-outside-looking-in-are-sitting-a.html Thoughts???
He has to go through waivers. I'm thinking he wouldn't make it to us. Someone before us would surely grab him.
I would be excited if we were getting Santana Moss. Sinorice is not much of an upgrade over anyone we have now. How hard can it be to find to a guy with Usain Bolt like speed to run back kicks/punts?????
he would improve the wr stable? where? GinnJr. KR's Bess/Cobb PR's we don't need him expect to see some movement but not in his direction the guys not even a starter on his own team
As pointed out here: http://forums.thephins.com/showthread.php?p=819346#post819346 Sinorice Moss has never returned a single punt during a regular season game, so he doesn't add a single thing, we need someone who can return punts and kick offs and play the Gunner on Special Teams. Basically a player like Yamon figurs, if we signed him, we could cut Brandon London AND take Ginn off of kick offs and Bess off of punt return duties. Besides, Sinorice Moss will lose a roster spot to...Derek Hagan?
We have a guy whom would be great at returning kicks, if we ever let him that is. "cough"Ginn"cough"...
The Jets have shown interest in him as well and I believe waivers is based upon last season's record so that means we may not be able to get him. I liked Moss at the U but he's not much of a NFL player. He's got quickness but he's had so many injuries because he relies on his speed so much. I think he's had several leg injuries.
To me Aqua, B London makes the team as a ST player, if a better, faster, kick returning version of B London appears on the waiver wire, imho London is moved off the roster in favor of them. A guy like Yamon Figurs...returns kicks and punts and plays gunner on ST, if we are going to reserve a ST roster spot, they will have to do more at a higher level than B London.
Thanks for the info bro! Well, he might not be the answer for our #1 wr problem or w/e but he could help us in many other ways for sure!
AFAIK Moss has never returned punts. What we need is a punt returner. He has returned kicks but IIRC he wasn't as good as Ginn or even Cobbs was/is. I don't see much benefit to bringing him in.
Besides, Sinorice Moss will lose a roster spot to...Derek Hagan? And,YES! That is funny On the downside of that comment.I use to like Derek....
maybe we will go after michael irvin also....cause he played at miami...... oh..... rumor/speculation: the dolphins should go after dwayne "the rock" johnson.....he will help the dolphins d-line, and he has ties to the dolphins because hes from miami......and his eyebrow is awesome. more to come soon.... this guy is a friggin joke of a journalist
Ralph Vacchiano, of the New York Daily News, tweets on Twitter that he's "hearing rumblings" about a possible Giants wide receiver trade. The Jints made all their cuts and kept seven wideouts. There has been speculation that the Dolphins could be interested in Sinorice Moss. In addition to Moss, rookies Ramses Barden and Hakeem Nicks, starters Domenik Hixon and Steve Smith, Mario Manningham, and Derek Hagan are the Giants' roster. Nicks finished out the preseason on fire and is pushing Hixon hard to be the team's starting split end. It will be interesting to see if Hixon is also on the trade block. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2009/09/05/giants-stockpiling-wrs-trade-coming/
im sure that speculation mentioned, is from the original bogus "speculation" posted in this thread....
