Post your Phins mocks here for comparison. The first Phins mock I've seen this season is the below draft via PFN. John Tiberio used a tool called 'Fan Speak - On The Clock' (available here). Traded 1:13 pick to the Vikings for 1:18 and 2:18 Selected DT Jeffrey Simmons in the first round (from Vikings) Traded 2:18 pick to the Texans for 2:23 and 3:22 Selected QB Daniel Jones in the second round (Miami's original pick) Selected OG Chris Lindstrom in the second round (from Texans) Selected CB Amani Oruwariye in the third round (Miami's original pick) Selected LB Dakota Allen in the third round (from Texans) His fuller player breakdown available here: https://www.profootballnetwork.com/articles/kicking-off-mock-draft-season-miami-dolphins-version-1-0
https://draftwire.usatoday.com/2019...kins-kyler-murray-nick-bosa-quinnen-williams/ "13. Miami Dolphins | Christian Wilkins | DL | Clemson Free-agent departures and draft busts have left this unit in shambles, but this draft is the perfect time to reload. Wilkins was arguably the most impressive athlete in all of college football throughout his career, and that’s saying something for a 300-pounder."
I think that Fanspeak will be a bit wonky until the system gets updated as we go on. I just did one where only one QB went in the first round. That's likely not going to be the case in reality.
My preferences (BPA) for the 13th pick, if we're staying there. I tried to keep realistic targets: 1) Ed Oliver (3-4 DT/DE) 2) Rashan Gary (3-4 DT/DE) 3) Clelin Ferrell (3-4 OLB) 4) Montez Sweat (3-4 OLB) 5) Christian Wilkins (3-4 DT/DE) This is when I personally cut my losses and move back, though I also would not be upset with these players at 13: 6) DeAndre Baker (DB) 7) Cody Ford (RG/RT) 8) Devin White (OLB) 9) Dexter Lawrence (NT/DT) This is when I assuredly move back, then we're talking: 10) Byron Murphy (DB) 11) Greedy Williams (DB) 12) Jonah Williams (RT/RG) 13) Dre'Mont Jones (DT/DE) 14) Chris Lindstrom (OG) If they're gone I get out of the first round and start revisiting positions later.
