Not necessarily. It depends on where and when you throw them. An INT thrown on a deep ball near the end zone isn't always fatal, especially if you're giving a guy like Brandon Marshall a chance at it because he's great at going up and out-muscling the defender. I'm not saying we should chuck it up and pray, but we didn't throw deep once. I doubt Marshall was doubled the entire game, but even if he was, we have to take some shots, whether it be Hartline or whoever (Ted Ginn anyone?)
