Should have just deflated balls instead. At least we wouldn't drop the ball as often. Or get caught.

If anything does, the little shred of hope that the NFL can do anything right is gone.

Teams in negotiations make offers to come to a resolution. There is no negotiation without offers. Negotiations end after offers. You don't want offers made in a negotiation period, you better not have that negotiation period. Seriously.

This is a bunch of bull****.

Not 100% sure but it does absolutely scream "butthurt". Considering if we sign him today, he came to Miami and never really left when he supposedly was going to be visiting other teams.

If they investigate Miami, they need to investigate the Eagles for Maxwell, the Cards for Iupati, the Raiders for Hudson, etc etc.

In other words, all 32 teams.

Maybe not all 32. But at least half. Teams like the Steelers don't often rush into free agency with a bang.

NFL is usually very prompt on issues of discipline....

We should have a decision on the matter sometime in the offseason of 2018!!

Yup. And then there's the irony of NFL official twitter account twitting out this "supposed" tamperings as they were being announced.

NFL is a sham. Y'all haven't figured that out yet? If the Pats had settled a deal with Suh, this would be a non-story.

    F*** the PFL.

Absolutely not. Puppet Master kraft is extremely nervous about this Suh signing. I'd bet he calls an emergency meeting w/mara, rooney etc to "tell" roger dodger to change the personal foul rules & discipline. Like to a four gm suspension and then subsequently tell roger to schedule our two gms vs the pats* in the span of 1 month.

Sounds like they're finally doing something right. Seems to work out for all the other teams that bend the rules. Cheat to win.

maybe we dolphin fans should sue the Miammi herald for trying to destroy the dolphins which that knucklhead writer is doing. and we should really file a lawsuit against the nfl and this crap will stop.

As I understand it, you can take "negotiating positions" during the legal tampering period. You just can't agree on a contract. That sounds like an easy enough technicality to satisfy. The teams could just say the press reported a done deal when it was still a "negotiating position".

I'd love to see that. A boycot of the Herald till the fire Mando. And it's not just him, the local media thrives on trashing the team they cover.

The Dolphins don't gain anything from leaking the contract parameters before free agency begins. That leak most likely came from the agent or player. And because Sih hasn't officially signed yet, it likely shows that the contract was never finalized during the the 3 day grace period. I'm not worried about any NFL investigation.

Just thought of something.. all they really need to do is to agree on a contract slightly different from what was reported in the news and you can't argue the contract was agreed upon during the legal tampering period. So, maybe once the details come out that's what we'll see.
