Two impenetrable forces will meet on the field Sunday at Sun Life Stadium when the Miami Dolphins host the Pittsburgh Steelers – and Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams will be smack in the middle of it all.
The Dolphins like to run the ball and to establish an efficient ground attack early in games in order to be able to be effective in the passing game. Brown and Williams are averaging 4.5 and 4.3 yards per carry, respectively, and have carried the ball a combined 123 times through five games.
Over on the other side of the ball, the Steelers are giving up an average of just 63.8 rushing yards per game, tops in the NFL, and have allowed just one 100-yard rusher in their last 39 games.
