Not sure how some of you may feel about this, but everyone had to expect it. Playing for the Jets doesn't change what he did for us.

Couldn't they wait at least until he retired?

Yeah, I think we all knew this was going to happen eventually. I too just wish it happens when he's officially retired
-
Good. This late career drama was a stupid reason to keep him out.

bingo!
-
Can't imagine they induct when we host the Jets this year.
-
They already announced who is going into the ring of honor in 2010. JT isn't being inducted this year, and probably no one will be inducted next year. So he is not being inducted until after he is retired, just like everyone else who has ever been inducted. Moore is just saying that they will eventually induct him.
-
Mixed feelings here. Like it was said previously, he deserves it but not while he is playing for the Jets. Maybe JT isn't on the Jets to play for the Jets. Maybe he is on the Jets to steal all their secrets and send the info back to the Fins.

screw jason taylor
biggest prima donna to ever put on a Dolphins uniform
he is also a liar
don't waste time honoring that p.o.s. -
-
Colorado Dolfan ...dirty drownin' man?
He definitely deserves it. Though, if it happens while he's a Jet, I'll freakin' puke.
-
It's my opinion. Whether you like it or not. Why should I sugarcoat how I feel about Taylor to make people feel better. The guy is a me player and always has been. He didn't give a damn about the Dolphins. It was always about his image and legacy which to me were both shot the day after DWTS when he lied.
F him. -
Wrong answer bro! I could care less about DWTS yeah it was gay as hell but it was the lie he told his team that did it for me. Once a liar always a liar. taylor is a douche
-
An attempt to polish back up his tarnished legacy
it didn't work
the Dolphins would be foolish to honor the jerk IMO -
I guess you're perfect and have never made any kind of mistakes. I'd say tarnished legacy is a bit of an exaggeration. It's not storybook perfect but it's not really 'tarnished'. People will hardly remember it in 20 years.Anonymous likes this.

He said he would report to camp the day after the show was over. He put himself above the team and went to Hollywood to mingle with actors. He left his team hanging. What kind of leader is that?
-
But he got his head on right again for the following season. I just don't understand this expectation of perfection some of you have for what are flesh and blood human beings like the rest of us. He didn't desert the military. He stuck around for years of Miami Dolphins frustration and regime changes. I guess everybody forgets about all of that. He could have forced a trade or release years ago when he was still in his prime.Puka-head and dolphindebby like this.
-
You mean the season after the following season. The Washington experience was a train-wreck for him.
-
as they should
-
I already explained why Taylor is a douchebag. DWTS was gay as hell but not the reason. Apparently you have a hard time with reading comprehension
-
No, I don't. All your complaints lead back to DWTS. Get over it. He's going into the Ring of Honor. He's one of the Greatest Dolphins Ever, and he will enter the HOF as a Dolphin.dolphindebby likes this.
-
Are you dense? I already said that the show didn't matter to me.
It was the lies and his comments at that time that made me realize the guy only cared about himself.
Go ahead and kiss his *** cause I choose not to. As far as I'm concerned taylor never existed as a Dolphin. -
I think the timing of this announcement is a bit odd. Jason is still playing, and with a team that need not be mentioned. Why couldn't Zach Thomas be inducted since he isn't playing anymore? On another note, Nat Moore is a world class scumbag.
-
Yeah JT has to be the most selfish player to ever win the NFL man of the year award for his contributions to helping the community.... a community he is still actively involved in.
Let's just **** all over him because lord knows it's easy to find ppl willing to do these things
Some ppl just can't get over the pain that they can't dance...dolphindebby, muscle979, Firesole and 2 others like this. -
Just makes him going to the Jets sting even worse
