Did you hear the reporters laughing as Gase walked away from the stage? They were making fun of his "60 minutes" comment.
Gase was pretty down for a coach who just blew a team out though, which can only be a good thing. It sounded like his focus was still on New England and getting us ready to kick their asses...which is exactly what you want your coach to do.Irishman, Rickysabeast, dolphin25 and 1 other person like this. -
While Im happy for the win, and to actually get one that wasn't by the skin of our teeth, this could have actually been an ugly defeat vs a lot of other teams. The Broncos offense is just incredibly awful. -
The Dolphins can play this same way and still lose to A LOT of teams in the league. Miami doesn't get that many shots on offense if Denver can at least keep the chains moving.
I appreciate the win but it still seems like we're going to get handled by Brady & Co pretty easily. It does change my opinion of the Bills games though, especially if they have a change at QB. Those could end up as wins. Who knows?
None of Miami's weaknesses were tested today though. None. There was no point where Reshad Jones or MacDonald were exposed in coverage. There was no blown assignment by their young CBs. There was no point at which the pass rush wasn't enough.
That all comes down to getting to play Trevor Seimian.dolphin25 and Unlucky 13 like this. -
