Duran comes to Miami via playing with the Tennessee Titans. He played college ball at Syracuse I believe and is the size Philbin really likes in his guards. His signing was announced on the Dolphin official website.

Saw this and just thought it is so late in the year that he won't have much impact.
Could see him getting a tryout in the final 2 games or so, but still. -
