Ted Ginn [15] + What is with all of the hate?
It has nothing to do with hate. He just shouldn't be the overall winner in our opinion and this is the only way to make sure he isn't.

Correct.
I loves me some Ginn.
Got to combat the "ballot-stuffing" mafia, with equal/greater ballot-stuffing to thwart theirs.
They flexed their muscle last year. It will be dealt with this time.

With guys like Cobbs, Henne and Merling still on the board, does it make sense to remove our best WR from last year?

I love you Mom, you are the greatest woman that I've ever known.

When there is an organized group voting in concerted action for him with every vote that will vote him into an insurmountable lead, yes it makes sense, even if he is our best WR. I don't disagree, but I think it's certainly up for debate. Probably worth mentioning that there were games where Cobbs made more of an impact receiving than Ginn did. Not saying that makes him a better receiver, but it might explain why Cobbs is still on the list.

When looking at Brown, Pennington and Long, the insurmountable lead argument doesn't fly. One could say that there is an organized effort to make those players the survivor champion, no? After all, their lead is pretty large. :wink2:

For the most part there are groups of people acting in concert to make just about every player on the list champion. The UnTEDables are acting in an organized effort to make sure somebody besides Ted Ginn wins. I'm not saying it's wrong or right, it's just what we're trying to do. If successful, we will probably all start voting for our personal favorites.

Their totals are from ALL voters.
Last year Ginn won mainly due to a FEW voters ALWAYS voting for him, every time. Then, by the time it got narrowed, Ginn's lead was lopsided because of this.
The same was starting to happen this year again, and only through enough other voters negating the Ginn vote, has he been whittled to 12 votes now.
So, since he started with 5, the "Ginn Mafia" as they call themselves, are still winning by a +7 margin.

Yes, and wouldn't it be nice to be able to do that, of our own freewill... The dawn of a new day is upon us...

Maybe all of the folks with Ronnie Brown avatars and Chad Pennington signatures are in collusion as well, you just don't know it.
I'm just sayin...
:p

I'd personally think the logical place for Ginn is to be eliminated in the 4-5-6th place finish area.
I really like him, and his potential.
But, since the object of this game is only to crown 1 Survivor, it doesn't matter if he's 4th or 14th.
If everyone took the logical view, Ginn would have literally 150 votes by now due to the mafia.

But they are minus 25 or so over the last few days... :hi5: since the UnTEDables were formed...

And while you guys focus on the Ted Ginn Mafia smokescreen, the Jake Long Secret Society is belly laughing on the ground and running up the vote count.:evil::evil::evil:

Once Ginn is gone......I will be spreading my votes around based on LOGIC.
That is the day I'm looking forward to.
I don't care if Penny, Long, Brown, etc wins.

If they are they're being smart and keeping quiet about it!
Honestly, I have no problem with what the Ted Ginn mafia is doing besides not agreeing that he should win. It's perfectly within the rules of the contest. I even voted along with them last year! This year I think there are too many other players who are more successful to the successs of the team to let Ginn win again.
