Bob used to be much better, but the last 3 or 4 years I have even noticed his call of college games has gone downhill. It may be one reason that Herbstreit got the Saturday night gig instead of Bob.

I've been listening to Stockton since back when he did CBS NBA Playoffs games back in the day. They usually taped the games back then and showed them around 10:30 PM....you didn't have many live NBA games during the week or cable (late 70's). I think he and Brent Mussburger probably are the best at broadcasting football games....although Brent mainly does college games.

Now all we need is to have him replace Jimmy Cefalo as Dolphins announcer. -
