According to jay Glazer... Jay Glazer @JayGlazer 1m The Miami Dolphins, who've been dealing w o-line trouble, have traded with the Ravens for Bryant McKinnie according to Ravens sources
smh coulda signed him for free in the offseason...this will probably be a very late pick though...hopefully a 7th lol
Adam Beasley @AdamHBeasley 1m FYI, Bryant McKinnie is the 65th tackle in the league, according to @pff. Tyson Clabo is 66th Wow what an upgrade!
I'm interested to see how this shuffles the line. Does McKinnie play LT & Martin moves to RT? Thus, ending the belief Miami thinks Martin can be a starting LT in this league (making the pick worse). Does McKinnie play LT & Martin moves to the bench and Clabo stay at RT? Thus, all of the above including the Dolphins coaching staff losing the faith of the fans because Clabo "gives them the best chance to win".. Does McKinnie play RT & replaces Clabo? McKinnie ever play RT?
hey..it's the 65th tackle....Clabo was the 66th..... Can you say Upgrade? I like the direction we are going in. Only 55 more trades to get a top 10 Tackle.
WTH?????????????????????? The guy doesn't give a ratsass about football anymore. This is an epicly stupid move. God save us from the Ireland curse. This isn't a one year contract we are inheriting, it is a two. WTH do we need with this F-en low life on our team. I feel like engaging in criminal activity.
They couldn't have made this trade during the bye week? That would have helped some things. Should be interesting though to see if they plan on using him at left or right.
Wow what a complete joke. Ireland your a freaking moran. This is in no way going to make us better. You sign another OLD washed up lineman and troublemaker to patch into this crappy team and expect all the sudden were going to be improved? Seriously McKinnie and Clabo are interchangeable. Maybe there looking for each to rotate so instead of Clabo giving up 6 sacks a game he will now only give up 3 giving the other 3 to McKinnie and they can say they have improved?? (I joke of course) sorta..
Lol Ireland should go but not because of the trade but because we needed to do something and noone was available but BM. The fact that we can't solve the Oline is thee issue not RT and if he is perfect. When u go into every offseason and change 2 or more accross your Oline then u r in trouble
Next time you go to the Supermarket....Line up a Shopping cart..and put a melon 7 yards away. See how fast it takes you to reach the melon. I bet the cart beats Clabo's performance.

I find the criticism of this pretty laughable. The Dolphins needed an upgrade at tackle and made a move for someone they hope will be an upgrade. Starting OT's do not grow on trees. You can't force a team to trade you a good OT. They went out and looked what was available (probably for what will not cost them very much as far as compensation) and this is what was available. What were their other options? Should they have left Clabo out there and got Tannehill killed? They went from the 66th OT to the 65th, but that 66th was historically bad. Will this make the Dolphins a playoff team or solidify their line? Probably not. But at least they're doing something. If they gave up a high draft pick we all have a right to be mad. I doubt they did though.
No way they put him at left tackle. This is a right tackle move. It has to be, because he was abysmal on the left side this year. Still, like we said......they're making this move two weeks late. Just feels right for this franchise. I would expect Clabo will be released after the physical is completed.
