I highly doubt it will be. Medi made a comment before about how "dangerous" it is to show the live game, that he wouldn't show replays. Not sure if he meant NFLN replays or not though.

 

I fixed (I think) my DVD burner this morning... here's hoping!!!!

That site constantly has stutter/lag time for me. I'm not sure if it's my connection speed, which seems slower sometimes, or if it's on the other end.

 

Guys i watched it last week on the link that Alen gave us...it was in the thread "i know its preseason and all" by bumrush on the first page of the thread in alen's first post...It showed the nfl replay last week so iam hopin it will do it again.

I agree. So far this game is a thing of beauty on our side.

 

Bob Griese is a horrible announcer. Half of the time he can't even remember names. Not that I didn't love him when he played for the Dolphins, but my goodness. He's just terrible.

Yes...maybe...the let him return a kick off to end the first half, but kick offs weren't his problem, he has to handle punts as well to make the team, and that is the unknown.

I'm recording the NFLN version of Miami v Carolina because the local coverage was just terrible.

 

I find it funny that this is all Craig Bollerjack does, he's not a special reporter, doenst have a sports show on TV or radio, he only shows up to cover presason games.

I'm soo mad at myself! i looked for the game in the directv guide last night and i could have sworn it was on tonight at 1am in the morning. i could have been watching the game this whole time! i just tuned in to it and its pretty much at the same part of the game as when i started watching it on med's justin tv channel.

Not usually. There is almost always room for improvement in everything. But seriously, these guys are not good announcers.

 

Lionel Dotson absolutely blew up the pocket on that play, despite being double-teamed. The talk is about Wake on that play but Dotson was very impressive.

 

Wake is still not coming in high enough, the Qb won't escape from that style of tackle, but he is missing strip opportunities.

The Miami announcers give some insight on the dolphins the local panthers channel had bio stories and stats all about the panthers, the difference is night and day...

Clemons is everywhere. I saw the same last game too. As I type this, there he goes making the tackle again.

 

That's because he's awesome.

 

There he is forcing the run back inside. The play before that, he landed on top of the Carolina halfback. He does an excellent job of read and react.

 

I was pleasantly suprised with the turnout last night and this is only the preseason.

 

I wish Vontae Davis would keep his head on a swivel at all times. He rarely turns his head and looks back at the ball, often relying on reading the receiver's eyes. There has been at least one play in this game that I recall where if he had his head turned around, he probably could have gotten an interception. He did this in college as well, rarely turning his head around. In his defense, he hasn't been beaten much. I can only recall against Ohio State where he got beaten like that but the receiver dropped it.

 

Friggin Wilford...Come on, man...If you want to make the team, you've gotta make that catch!!
