true...I gotta say thats crazy, didnt they both have visiable marks on them??? Did she beat him, then herself?? Or is it something where she didnt want to testify against him??

 

The charges of being a lazy bust haven't been dropped however.

 

In other news.... Phillip Merling's bank account suffered a 6 figure hit this weekend. :shifty:

 

She beat him first.... he defended himself.... she knew she was wrong..... end of story. :whistling:

 

I won't even pretend to know what happened, but Merling needs to stay as far away from that woman as he can. Oh, and I wonder how many of the people who were bashing him when this story broke are going to come in here and have a slice of good ol' humble pie...

 

That 911 call was pretty frightening. If you heard it, you'd know Merling wasn't wrongly accused (not that anyone has said that).

And actually, most domestic violence charges get dropped. The person who was assaulted has to cooperate and follow through (in most cases, the woman involved).

 

She's his baby mama. Gonna be hard for him to stay away from her.
